Frequently asked questions

Weddings are full of moments you’ll never repeat and a few practical questions you don’t want to guess.
Most asked questions: how booking works, what you receive, delivery time, hybrid vs full video, and what happens on the day. Here are the answers in plain English.

If you still have questions, message me - I’ll help you choose what fits your day.

Booking & Planning

You choose a package and pay a deposit (€ 102 / 200 BGN) to reserve the date. Once the deposit is received, your date is locked in. After that we align on timeline + priorities so the day flows smoothly.

If your date is in peak season or a popular Saturday, earlier is better. If you’re flexible (weekday or off-season), last-minute availability is sometimes possible - just ask.

Yes. Travel within Sofia is included. For outside Sofia, a travel fee may apply depending on distance (and sometimes accommodation for very early/late schedules). Tell me the venue and I’ll confirm instantly.

Yes. If the day runs longer, you can add extra coverage. It’s charged per started hour, per team member.

Photo & Portraits

Not with me. Most couples tell me this at the start and then forget about the camera after 5 minutes. I don’t ask you to “perform”. I keep things moving, give small, simple direction when needed, and let the rest happen naturally. If something feels awkward, we stop and reset.

For a relaxed session, plan around 45-60 minutes. If you want it even easier, we can keep portraits short on the day and do a separate session later.

You receive a complete set of professionally edited images. In most cases the number is between 600 and 1200+ edited photos. The final number depends on coverage length and how the day flows, but it’s always the full story, not just highlights.

No. RAW files are unfinished work and just a technical thing photographers use to create the final images. Everything you receive is professionally edited in the style you see in my portfolio.

Videography

Depending on the package, you’ll receive a main wedding film and (in some packages) a trailer/highlight. The focus is clean storytelling, real moments, and a warm cinematic finish, not cheesy edits.

Yes. Clear audio is a priority. I use dedicated audio gear so vows, speeches, and key moments sound clean and usable in the edit.

All video packages include a 60-90 minute wedding film. The exact length depends on what happens on the day and how much you want included.
For example: if your church ceremony is a full 30-minute ritual and you want it included in full, then around 30 minutes of the film will be the church. If you prefer a shorter version, I’ll keep the church as a 4–5 minute highlight section and focus the rest on the story, reactions, and atmosphere. Before the wedding, we’ll align on your preference for the whole lenght.

No. I film in a documentary way - I’m close when it matters, invisible when it doesn’t. You’ll feel like you’re living the day, not acting in it.

Hybrid: Photo & Video

Hybrid is full wedding photography plus a short highlight film from the same day, shot in one consistent style. Photos remain the main deliverable, and the film adds motion, sound, and atmosphere.

No. Most wedding moments unfold over time, so they can be captured in both formats. For the truly one-shot moments, I’m ready ahead of time and I plan for them.

Hybrid gives you a short highlight film (replayable, emotional) plus full photos. Full videography is for couples who want a longer film with deeper audio coverage and more complete storytelling across the day.

No. It’s one flow. You’re not doing a “photo version” and then a “video version.” I capture moments once, naturally and I can grab short cinematic clips during portraits without adding stress.

Delivery & Practical Details

Delivery is typically 30-90 days, depending on the season and your package.
